Weak points in your business plan can be avoided. Consider the following criticisms frequently given by banks:
- The drafting and structure of the business plan are not directed at the reader (do not meet formal requirements, terms are incorrectly used or poorly explained)
- The business idea, the entrepreneur’s intentions and the application for financing are not clearly set out
- Essential passages are omitted (competition, marketing, finances)
- The business plan contains contradictions (confusion between hopes and reality)
- The planned profit and loss statement and planned financing do not match
- The plan does not contain multiple proposed scenarios (optimistic, realistic, poor)
