(16.11.2023) As of now, the Confederation is making Logib pay system available: Companies and organisations can use the webtool to develop a simple system for managing functions and salaries based on gender-neutral criteria.
Logib pay system is designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses and organisations that need support in setting up or checking their pay system.
A comprehensibly structured pay system determines salaries on the basis of a function evaluation. This means that all functions are assessed according to their requirements and demands. With such a pay system, companies not only reduce the administrative effort involved in hiring new employees and adjusting salaries. They also reduce the risk of pay discrimination on the basis of gender. In this way, they create a basis for more equal pay - in line with the constitutional principle of "equal pay for work of equal value".
Logib pay system guides users step by step through the application. The webtool has already been tested by numerous companies. "Simple", "well designed", "efficient", "very interesting" and "helpful" are just some examples of the feedback we have received about the tool.
Information on Logib pay system can be found on the website of the Federal Office for Gender Equality (FOGE) or in the press release. You can go directly to the Logib webtool here: www.logib.admin.ch.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the further training programme for Logib has been updated. Free webinars on equal pay analysis with Logib Module 1 and Module 2 will be held in November and December. Courses on Logib pay system will take place from spring 2024.
