Innovation: developing an exclusive product

Innovation is not just reserved for large corporations. SMEs can also produce new products. Here are some guidelines.

Faced with the constantly changing needs of customers and the growing pressure from competitors, a company's ability to innovate is now a crucial factor in its success or failure. The capacity for innovation is defined as the art of combining ideas and know-how, as well as the ability to position lucrative products and services on the market.

And it would be wrong to think that innovation is only the preserve of large companies. It is not necessarily synonymous with extraordinary, expensive and complex technologies. Instead of a mere question of technology, it is more the philosophical approach and determined manner with which the company defines itself in relation to its environment.
