Trade register: Beware of profiteers

Registering with the trade register often generates solicitations from business directories masquerading as official platforms.

Anyone registering his or her business with the trade register often receives correspondence from profiteers. They offer registration with other registers and usually issue an invoice for this service. They are particularly deceitful: letters are presented as official invoices.

Anyone who is taken in finds themselves included on a trade register often used for nefarious purposes, drawn up by private individuals. It is therefore important to be aware that only registration with the official register is mandatory and advisable.
