On an e-commerce website, the customer must be able to access detailed information about the owner.
Required information
An e-commerce site’s customers want to know who they are dealing with. To encourage confidence and credibility, the owner must clearly display the following information:
- The company's full address with the details of a contact person
- The email address for information requests
- A telephone number
- The Unique Enterprise Identification Number (UID)
