Help from the Swiss Business Hubs
The Confederation supports export activities, notably through its Swiss Business Hubs, Swiss centers based overseas.
Swiss companies operating overseas can obtain the information, advice and contact necessary to successfully conclude their international activities from the Swiss Business Hubs of Switzerland Global Enterprise (S-GE). They can also request market research and intervention with the local authorities. On account of their official status, these agencies benefit from a very extensive network of contacts.
In countries where there are no Swiss Business Hubs, companies can contact S-GE's Trade Points, which are slightly smaller organizations.
Swiss Business Hubs worldwide
With its unique network, S-GE supports its clients worldwide in their international business activities. S-GE is represented in around 25 countries by its own teams, known as Swiss Business Hubs (SBH). The SBHs are integrated into the diplomatic missions of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA).
In countries where there is no S-GE office (neither Swiss Business Hubs nor Trade Points), SMEs can rely on official Swiss establishments—namely, embassies, general consulates and consulates, as well as bilateral chambers of commerce.
Promotion of the Swiss economic market overseas
In addition to providing support to Swiss companies operating overseas, Swiss Business Hubs promote Switzerland’s economic market across its borders. They work in particular on establishing international companies in Switzerland.
